What is 3rdZone?

3rdZone is a community gaming and collectibles event, bringing together independent vendors, interactive attractions and fellow enthusiasts for a fun, family-friendly day out.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

Buying your tickets online is recommended for guarenteed entry,  tickets are also available on the door (subject to venue capacity)

Can I buy and sell with vendors?

Absolutely! Our vendors offer a wide range of trading cards, collectibles, artwork, accessories and more. Many may also be interested in buying or trading items—just ask at their stall.

Can I bring my own cards to trade?

Yes! We even have a designated area for it. We encourage visitors to bring their collections and trade with other attendees. Please remember to trade responsibly and respect everyone involved.

Will photos and videos be taken?

Photography and videography may take place throughout the event for use on our website and social media channels. If you would prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please speak to a member of the 3rdZone team when you arrive and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Are all attractions included with admission?

Most attractions are included with your entry ticket. Some premium attractions, such as PokéPong and Ekans & Ladders have a small additional charge to play. These are completely optional and prize rewards are on offer.

Is the event suitable for children?

Yes! 3rdZone is designed to be welcoming for all ages. Children should be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the event.

Can I pay by card?

Admission accepts card and cash. Individual vendors may have their own payment methods, so bringing both cash and card is recommended.

Is there parking available?

Please refer to the venues parking facilities although we will include parking information on the "Next Event" page which is specific to the latest venue.

Can I apply to become a vendor?

Yes! We're always looking for passionate businesses, artists and creators to join future events. Visit our Get in Touch page to enquire.

What is the 3rdZone Leaderboard?

Certain gaming attractions give participants the opportunity to earn points on the Leaderboard, this will be calculated and updated after the event, 3rdZone Leaderboard's carry over to future events and prizes may be awarded to Leaderboard leaders in the future.

Will there be food and drinks?

Food and refreshments may be available depending on the venue. Full details will be announced before each event.

Is the event accessible?

We aim to make every 3rdZone event as welcoming and accessible as possible. Accessibility may vary depending on the venue, so please check the event information or contact us before your visit if you have any specific requirements.

Is 3rdZone SEN friendly?

Absolutely. We strive to create a relaxed, inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. If you or your child have any additional needs, sensory requirements or would benefit from extra support during your visit, please get in touch before the event and we'll do our best to help.

Are toilets available?

Yes. Toilet facilities are available at the venue for all attendees.
